Updates: 2025 Hootenanny

This week, the “country” farm, is quiet and peaceful awaiting all of the visitors this coming weekend. The stars are especially bright with the moon so small. Our little Charlie is celebrating his first birthday this week. We also are dedicating this year’s hoot to Ron. For those who do not know him, make a point to say hello this year. Ron has for many years volunteered his time to support mom’s vision of maintaining the farm and transitioning to towards pollinator habitat with the conservation department.

Updates:

We have two bands this year playing on Saturday. We expect the music to last from 4-8. The first band while we enjoy the potluck and the second (Lindsey and Joe) as we transition to the bonfire.

Lindsey and Joe “We are excited to see you all next weekend! It would only be me and Joe so not a rocking band but we (will) play some chill bluegrass/fiddle tunes.”

Lots of chili (both meat and veggie) and roast pork and veggie soup on the way. If you are still considering what to bring, sides are always appreciated, especially vegetables!

The Sunday float trip is tentative depending on interest.

Remember to RSVP if you have not yet.
